The information you provide will be used by the University to manage access to the interactive data browser pages at www.tidalenergydata.org, and to allow us to share tailored scientific datasets with you, based on your bespoke requests. We also offer regular news updates via email, to which you can opt-in (otherwise assumed opt-out). Your data is only saved on internal University systems; we do not share your data with any third party or data processors.

We are using information about you on the basis of legitimate interest, to provide access to our protected data pages. For us to share hi-resolution datasets with you, it is necessary for us to store your email address.

We will hold the personal data you provided us with for 12 months. You can amend your details, change opt-in preferences, or delete your account at any time, via your profile.
